Would any of the magvents work if the our dryer vent duct is vertical inside the wall and has an elbow that connects the tubing from the interior wall (vertical) to the elbow and then from elbow to the dryer (horizontal)? Our dryer is on upper level townhouse in one of those laundry closet style locations, so vent goes straight up through the roof)

Because in my situation, the previously lived owner in my home have put the same size but a little rectangular shaped holr for his tv cables. 😢incase if i want to wallmount tv, do i have to choose a different spot ?
